The Marais district is one of the most lively and diverse in Paris. You will find a wide variety of museums, historical monuments, restaurants, bakeries and other tourist attractions. Among the museums to visit, we recommend the Picasso Museum, which houses one of the largest collections of Pablo Picasso's work in the world. You can also discover the Centre Pompidou, a contemporary art museum with unique architecture, or the Musée des Arts et Métiers, which has a fascinating collection of inventions and scientific objects. If you are looking to discover the historical monuments of Paris, don't miss the Notre-Dame Cathedral, one of the most emblematic buildings in the city, or the Place des Vosges, one of the oldest and most beautiful squares in the city. As far as gastronomy is concerned, the district is full of famous restaurants.
