Who do we contact if we have questions or concerns?

You can contact us via the messaging system of your booking platform, at any time 7/7 and 24/24. You can also contact us on whatsapp +33(0)7 66 73 42 57 from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5.30pm. If your safety is threatened, please contact your reference platform ( Airbnb, Booking Abritel ) or the local authorities (17).


What is our check-in policy?

Most of our rentals have a self-contained arrival with a key box. Instructions are sent 2 days before your stay. Please download them if necessary. Early check-in is possible subject to availability and is charged at 51.50 euros. . When self check-in is not possible, a welcomer will welcome you between 3pm and 8pm. Our welcomer will wait for you for a maximum of 40 minutes. It is your responsibility to inform your welcomer of any late arrivals. If you need to check in after 8:00 pm, our welcomer will be happy to accommodate you. However, a fee of 40 euros will be charged for all arrivals after 8:00 pm. This late arrival fee must be paid directly to the welcomer as a thank you for working late hours.


What is our check-out policy?

Travelers are requested to leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. As most of our apartments have a key box, you will need to return the key to the key box. For apartments without a key box, leave the key on the apartment table and slam the door. Late check-outs are possible subject to availability and are charged at €51.50 until 4pm and €82.50 until 8pm. Before leaving the apartment, we kindly ask you to: - Leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. - Remove all sheets and towels. - Put your garbage in the appropriate containers/recycling garbage cans. - Wash your dishes or load the dishwasher. - Make sure you don't forget anything in the apartment before you leave. If valuables are left behind, we will be happy to ship them to you at your expense.


Do you provide supplies during our rental?

To start your stay, we provide an initial stock of toilet paper, soap, washing-up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar and a garbage can bag. You may also find other items left by previous guests or the owner that you are welcome to use. If you need other supplies you can find them in local supermarkets.


Can I request additional cleaning?

We offer a mid-stay cleaning service (payable) which will be carried out by our housekeeper. Please let us know if you would like a change of sheets/towels, for ecological matters. If you wish to take advantage of this service, it will cost the price of the cleaning fee of your reservation. Please let us know if you are happy with this option, and we'll send you a secure payment link.
